    Afternoon:

    • Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park.
    • Check into your lodge and enjoy lunch.
    • Afternoon Game Drive: Explore the Kasenyi Plains—one of the best areas for wildlife viewing in the park.
    • Look for elephants, buffaloes, lions, antelopes, and the elusive leopard.

    • Duration: 30 minutes to 8 hours (depending on gorilla movement).
    • The terrain is challenging—steep slopes, thick vegetation, muddy trails—but every step is worth it.
    • When you find the gorilla family, you'll spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat.
    • Watch the silverback lead his family, mothers gently hold their babies, and juveniles play in the vegetation.

    Afternoon:

    • Return to the trailhead and meet your guide.
